  • Win-probability scores & AI deal briefs
  • AutoPilot: auto-scan, auto-draft, auto-submit within your guardrails
  • Unlimited NAICS slots

  • Color-team reviews on every draft
  • Copilot chat control + scheduled automations
  • Word/PDF exports, CO contacts, teaming directory, post-award tracking

One won contract typically pays for years of BidStrike. The average federal award our users pursue is worth many multiples of the subscription.

FAQ

Pricing questions

What's the difference between the plans?

Only the number of bids. Every plan gets the full platform with every feature. Starter includes 3 bids a month, Growth 10, Pro 25, and Unlimited has no cap.

What if I run out of bids?

Add more one at a time for $44.99 each, right inside the app. If you're buying extras regularly, upgrading to the next plan is usually cheaper.

Why is this so much cheaper than GovWin or the enterprise AI tools?

Those are priced for capture teams at mid-size and large contractors and sold through sales reps. BidStrike is built for small contractors, sold self-serve, with automation doing the work a BD department would. No sales team in the loop means no sales team in the price.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes. Your card goes on file at checkout but is not charged until day 15. Cancel in the first 14 days and you pay nothing. No demo call either.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Pick any plan at checkout and you get that plan's full access for 14 days. Your card goes on file but is not charged until day 15. Upgrade anytime, or cancel in the first 14 days and you pay nothing.

Can my team use it?

Yes — invite teammates with per-user roles and section-level permissions. Admins control exactly who can see and do what.

Your first 14 days are free.

Pick a plan, put your card on file, and cancel in the first 14 days if it is not for you.
